This is your time to commit to be fit! Not only will you just feel great and have more energy but you will improve your health and tone your heart and muscles! This is a beginner/intermediate kickboxing class to get your heart and muscles pumping, with circuits of low impact, stretching, floor exercises, and striking bag usage! Each class is taught for a duration of 50-60 mins. There are always new material to challenge the mind and body! Wear comfortable workout clothes and No Shoes! Our facility is professionally matted for a very fun and unique workout system. No appointments needed, no contracts required! Just bring a water bottle and a friend and we will see you on the MAT!
